L’info est présentée dans Information Week et c’est ce que prévoit la firme américaine. Google Apps Team Edition serait plus ou moins identique à la version standard Google Apps qui existe actuellement mais s’en distinguerait par le fait qu’il sera possible de partager des documents entre différents membres d’un groupe ou d’une communauté :
